The length of time a project takes can vary greatly – from weeks to many months. The variables can range from planning issues, site clearance, inclement weather, availability of materials to changes in specification mid-project. However, once we commit to a particular schedule, we will do all in our power to deliver every project on-time, and on-budget!
Again, there are many variables in the area of building extensions. What is the size / square meterage of the extension? How many rooms are involved? Is the extension a single storey, two storeys or more? Might there be access issues regarding heavy machinery? The answer to all these isssues is to sit down with you, the client, and go through the issues one by one, and come up with an acceptable schedule of work, so an end date for the project can be made.
